What are good job tests?

You have wrote successfully to a company for training and you want to work in a new job.

Now you have received an invitation to an employment test and you ask yourself: "Which aptitudes I need for my new work. How can i learn for an aptitude test?"
There gives various occupations and work activities. With more than 340 occupations only in Germany. It give´s no standardized testing, which can check all aptitudes.
Each company has different requirements and expectations to its employees.
